Aman camera is a cloud-based service in which, the video stream gets received from the video source using a direct or indirect connection, it will be recorded in servers with high-security options.
How to playback my recorded video?
Using aman camera software which is available on Windows and Android platforms you can playback and download your camera video recordings.
Does aman camera software provide a live view along with recordings?
Yes, aman camera software receives your camera stream and provide you with live stream, recording, and playback at the same time.
Does my camera/ DVR/ NVR is supported?
The supported video sources are:
- All USB cameras. If you are planning on buying a USB webcam we recommend UVC standard supporting cameras – they don’t require driver installation and can work straight after being plugged into a computer.
- Analogue cameras: Aman camera supports analog cameras connected through capture cards, TV tuners, DVRs, USB dongles, etc. Video capture cards and the like must use DirectShow/WDM drivers and have 1 chip per channel. DVRs must work with MJPEG, JPEG, H264 or MPEG-4 streams and stream video through HTTP or RTSP.
- IP cameras (including W-Fi, Fisheye, PTZ, ONVIF cameras. Support for Н264, Н264+, Н265, Н265+, MJPEG, MPEG4, JPEG, MPEG, RTSP), any Mpix resolution.
- ONVIF – all ONVIF-compliant models, including those with ONVIF-powered PTZ. Support for direct RTSP, direct HTTP protocols.
How to connect my camera or video source to aman camera cloud?
There are two options to connect your Camera or the Video recorder (DVR/NVR) to aman camera cloud, which are:
- Direct connection; by using the public IP/ DDNS, need open ports on your network and some configurations on your video source.
- Indirect connection; using P2P, which is the easiest way to connect for the end-user.
